And on the 8th day Joe Jackson Said……. 

“We will Create something special in milkshakes. We will be innovative. We will provide the tastiest milkshakes and ice cream in Ireland, all freshly
made on site- Mmm! Our ethos will be funky and fun and we will be driven by professionalism and customer service….” 
 

1. Thou Shall Feel Good!

Milkshakes and Ice Cream make people happy. At Joe Jackson’s we will have a friendly and relaxed atmosphere that will encourage the customer to be
happy, invite him or her to want to return and also make it a nice place for all of us to work! We call this the Feel Good Factor.

2.The Customer is King, Thou Shall Have No Other Kings Before Him!

As far as customers are concerned, each one of us is ‘the company’. This is not a burden, but the core of your job. You hold in your hands the power
to keep customers coming back – perhaps even to make or break the company

3. Thou Shall Prepare Good Food!

We aim for 100% quality in our food preparation at all times. If something is not going to be near heavenly perfection in taste, send it to the sin bin and
start again! 

4. Thou Shall Present Good Food!

People buy with their eyes. If something does not shine like a divine package when the customer gets it, send it to the sin bin and start again! 

5. Thou Shall Treat all People Equally.

At Joe Jackson’s we view everyone the same- as a soul to be treasured. 

6. Thou Shall Be Clean!

Cleanliness is next to Godliness! Hygiene of our store starts and ends with every single one of us from personal hygiene to store presentation. If we don’t
clean we’ll look bad. Plus we’ll smell bad and that’s not a good thing now is it? 

7. Thou Shall Ooze Enthusiasm!

For every customer we miss because we are too enthusiastic, we will miss a hundred because we are not enthusiastic enough. 

8. Thou Shall Be A High Achiever!

Our business in life is not to get ahead of others but to get ahead of ourselves – to break our own records, to outstrip our yesterday by today. 

9. Thou Shall Listen!

To each other. To the customer. To ourselves. The person who is talking 80% and listening 20% is wasting time that could be spent truly understanding. 

10. Thou Shall Be A Team.

The greater the loyalty of a member toward the group, the greater is the motivation among the members to achieve the goals of the group, and the
greater the probability that the group will achieve its goals.
